Zest Fitness CC will not entertain any refunds and will not be held responsible for any damage or injury whatsoever whether direct or consequential rising out of the use of equipment purchased.
If after 30 days of notification by Zest Fitness CC that your goods are ready for delivery, you as the customer fail to make the final payment, Zest Fitness CC reserves the right to maintain ownership of the equipment and to sell the equipment to defray expenses. Deliveries within South Africa will be done on Monday to Fridays. For deliveries outside designated zones, you will be contacted and notified that the equipment is ready for collection. No goods will be given to outside transporters unless Zest Fitness CC has been paid in full.
Claims for equipment shortages, breakages or defects must be made in writing within three days of delivery. Zest Fitness CC undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the equipment supplied will conform to specifications.
All quotes are irrevocable. Should Zest Fitness CC agree to accept any return of goods, this will need to be in writing and the client will be liable to a 15% handling charges calculated on the purchase price of the goods. The onus of proof of return rests with the customer at all times and to be supported by documentary proof to substantiate and claim a refund.
Our equipment has a lead time of between 6 to 12 weeks, however, this time period may vary due to a manufacturing or shipping delay or any other circumstance beyond our control. Zest Fitness CC will at all times do their utmost to ensure the goods are delivered within the prescribed time frame or as agreed to with the client but cannot be held liable for any variations in the time period.
Warranty is available on request.
We require a 50% deposit on confirmation of order and the balance before delivery. Goods will not be ordered until required deposit is received.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, delivery of the equipment will not occur unless the equipment has been paid for in full.
